This Privacy Policy describes the policies of CT3 Ingeniería regarding the collection and use of information we collect when you use our website (https://www.ct3.es/) (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be processed, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, on the legal basis and for the purposes set out below, provided that you have given us your consent:
- Consent of the Data Subject:
- Management of web contact requests. The processing of your personal data will be carried out to manage and respond to requests for information, inquiries, complaints, or suggestions made through web forms.
- Commercial communications and newsletters. Your data will be processed to manage the sending of commercial communications, newsletters, or any other relevant news that may be of interest to you.
- Management of events and technical workshops. Your data will be processed to manage registration and dissemination of events and workshops organized by CT3 Ingeniería.
- Performance of a contract or for the application of pre-contractual measures:
- Requests for information. Your personal data will be processed to respond to your requests for information, quotes, or to establish any other commercial relationship with CT3 Ingeniería.
- Management of the contractual relationship with clients. Your data will be processed to manage the contractual relationship we maintain with your company and, in particular, to process your request for a quote, client registration, and to properly manage the relationship, service provision, and billing of the contracted service.
- Management of the contractual relationship with suppliers. Your personal data will be processed if you maintain a relationship as a supplier of CT3 Ingeniería, with the primary purpose of establishing, managing, or terminating a contractual relationship between the parties. This includes formalizing the contract, executing and fulfilling it, as well as monitoring compliance and payment for services rendered.
- Management of training relationships. Your data will be processed to establish, manage, formalize, and invoice training services properly.
If you do not provide your personal data, and since such data is necessary for the execution of the contract between the parties, the contract cannot be formalized.

The personal data processed by CT3 Ingeniería are those provided by you in the following situations:
- During the process of establishing a business relationship as a client of CT3 Ingeniería, or when requesting offers and quotes.
- During the contractual relationship, as information will be generated and during the use of services.
- When filling out the web contact form(s) available on the website www.ct3.es or on CT3 Ingeniería’s social networks.
- When completing the Self-Assessment or Profile Definition form(s) that you may receive in your relations with CT3 Ingeniería.
- When requesting the exercise of your data protection rights.
5. DATA COMMUNICATION AND TRANSFER
Your data may be processed by various Data Processors in order to use the services of the website.
These Data Processors are authorized to process your data under the performance of the processing contract, which includes a confidentiality clause.
Under no circumstances may the Data Processors transfer your data. The personal data provided will be retained as long as the business relationship is maintained, if applicable, or while you are using the website’s services.
CT3 Ingeniería will not sell, transfer, or distribute the personal information collected without your consent, unless required to do so by a judge under a court order.
6. DATA RETENTION
CT3 Ingeniería will comply with current regulations regarding the duty to delete personal information once the intended purpose has been achieved, or when you revoke your consent for its processing, with the information duly blocked, available exclusively to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent Public Administrations for the purpose of addressing any liabilities arising from the processing, and only during the limitation periods of such liabilities. Once those periods have expired, the information will be permanently deleted using secure methods.
7. SECURITY
The security of your information is important to us, and we will use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration of your information under our control. However, given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and therefore cannot ensure or guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us, which you do at your own risk.
8. RIGHTS
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as national data protection regulations, you have the right to exercise, if you wish, the rights of access, rectification, and deletion of data, as well as request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, object to it, request the portability of your data, and not be subject to automated individual decisions.
Additionally, if the processing of personal data described is based on your consent, you may revoke that consent at any time. It should be noted that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
