Anonymous Complaint

Likewise, you are hereby informed that if you choose to communicate anonymously but provide personal data in your communication that allows you to be identified (such as your name, phone number, email address, etc.), the complaint will be treated in the same way as those in which the informant has identified themselves. In any case, the confidentiality of your identity will be guaranteed. In cases where contact details are not explicitly provided, but the information provided allows for unequivocal identification, the relevant means of contact may be used to ensure the proper conduct of the investigation.
